Our company has started its operation based on the experience in the metal industry and engineering of several decades, in a newly built, modern factory hall meeting all criteria of precision work. Our continuously expanding fleet of machines represents a competitive technical standard of high added value. Technologies

Machining

3- and 5-axis CNC milling. 3D contour milling with precision of up to 0.004-0.006 mm. Broadband material machining: pre-machining of aluminium, structural steels, hardable materials and after-harding finishing, up to a hardness of 60 Hrc.

Electrical discharge machining

Parallel and tapered cutting with 0.001 mm accuracy, up to a height of 350 mm. Screw-shaped recesses and undercuts by rotating the C-axis and vectorized 3D disturbances.

CAD design

3D design with PTC Creo support. Design of press (punching, cutting, bending) tools and receiving devices. Preparation of workshop drawings and operational instructions.

CAM design

Optimization of the milling technology with the support of Espirit TNG. Optimization of tool paths to achieve the shortest possible cycle time.

Plate technology

Laser cutting, water cutting, edge bending, pressing. Place setting calculation and preparation of cutting plans with the best possible material yield.

Measurement

3D coordinate measurement, laser scanning.
